Price: All prices are subject to change without notice and the figures listed should not always be considered as the correct price. In order to keep you as up to date as possible with prices, a current list will be printed each January and June. If you wish a copy, please let us know when you are placing an order and we will be glad to enclose one with your order. We suggest that you keep your catalog in a safe place since there is a charge of $5.00 for additional copies. All orders will be shipped at current price:.
Minimum Order: $15.00 All orders less than $15.00 requires a $3.50 service fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
Telephone Orders: Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:OOPM (EST) Monday thru Friday. To place an order call 301-663-1812 (Frederick Area) 1-800-443-0932 (Outside Frederick Area) Our 800 number should be used for orders only.
Mail Orders: Print or type all information clearly. Include page number, quantity, item: and brief description of items ordering. Be sure to give your street address, rural route and box number for UPS delivery.
Payment: Payment must be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or PayPal.
Shipping Charges: Our shipping department prides itself on shipping most orders within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping Charges are as follows:

Returns: Items to be returned must have prior approval. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged for any returned merchandise, unless defective.
